Our Programs

1. Bridge to Cambodia (B2C)

Bridge to Cambodia (B2C), CYA’s international volunteer program in Cambodia, invites passionate individuals worldwide to create meaningful change in Cambodian communities. Engage in impactful activities like teaching English, supporting local schools, or advancing environmental initiatives, while immersing yourself in a transformative experience that blends culture, service, and global connections. Choose from flexible short-term programs (4–30 days) or immersive mid- to long-term opportunities (2–12 months).

CLC

Since 2014, the CYA-Learning Center (CLC) has grown from a bamboo classroom into a vibrant hub, providing English classes, modern classrooms, a library, and a computer center.

GEC

Since 2016, the Global Education Center (GEC) in Siem Reap offers free English, arts, and computer classes for children from surrounding areas now we expand our service to more communities.

ACTP

Launching in 2025, Angkor Thom Community Tourism Project (ACTP) connects tourists from Angkor’s tourist areas to local communities, promoting growth where local products are crafted.

TFC

Since 2012, our nat’l & Int’l Volunteers transformed Trapaing Sangke Fishing Community (TFC) from a fishing community to a popular eco-tourism site.

DCC

CYA collaborates with Development for Cambodian  Children in 2018 where our volunteers support in teaching English, computer, and sports.

NLS

In 2026, CYA partners with New Life School in Siem Reap to support education for children, honoring founder’s mission to give back through learning.

2.Global Quest Program

CYA Global Quest – Volunteering Abroad Program – Your Gateway to Impactful, Life-Changing Experiences! Through short-term projects and long-term opportunities, you’ll join a global community creating real, lasting change. Every moment counts, every action matters—let’s make a difference together!

Who Can Apply?

This program is opening for Cambodian only and you have to be 18 years old or more to be eligible to apply this program.

Explore our options:

Option 1: STV Projects

Take part in a 1–2 week volunteer project abroad where you’ll live and work with an international team, experience daily life in a new culture, and actively contribute to community-driven initiatives such as education, environmental conservation, or cultural preservation. It’s a unique opportunity to learn, serve, and grow through hands-on experiences and global friendships.

Option 2: Group Projects

CYA offers group volunteer projects abroad each year, with 50 spots for Cambodian youth to join themed programs in selected countries. Volunteers travel together, represent Cambodia, and gain global experience through meaningful international collaboration.

Option 3: LMTV Projects

Long & Mid-Term Volunteering Projects let you live and volunteer abroad for 2 to 12 months, dedicating your time to impactful, sustainable projects in education, environment, or community development. Gain deep cultural insight, build lifelong connections, and make a lasting difference.

3. Int'l Leadership Program

CYA’s International Leadership Program (ILP) equips global youth with skills in cross-cultural leadership, project management, and personal growth. Graduates lead international volunteer teams in CYA workcamps, with ongoing mentoring and reflection. A certificate is awarded upon completion, recognizing their readiness to lead impactful projects worldwide. Held twice a year, ILP offers 40 spots for aspiring changemakers.

TRAINING

Cross-Cultural Leadership Training boosts leadership, intercultural skills, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication skill.

LEADING

After completing the training, participants can lead CYA’s international volunteer workcamp in various communities.

AWARDING

ILP celebration event invites 100–150 university students to learn from ILP participants’ experiences and honor their achievements.
