Build multi-cultural leadership competencies among young leaders aged 20–30.

Provide real-life leadership experience through participation in an international workcamp.

Eligibility Criteria
- International Participants: University students, young professionals, and aspiring leaders from any country.
- Cambodian Participants: Youth leaders, students, and community activists eager to engage in international learning and project leadership.
- Age Range: 20–30 years old
- Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated interest in leadership, cultural exchange, and community development
- English proficiency (conversational minimum)
- Commitment to the full duration of the program
